Shipping:

All orders are filled within 2-4 business days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Local pick up/drop off can be arranged for the Durango/Bayfield area. Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.

All items are shipped from Bayfield, Colorado, by USPS.

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, except for public holidays.
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our customized products.
Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your product(s) have arrived damaged or defective in some way, please contact us immediately at splinterzwoodshop@gmail.com or call us at (970) 671-6384 to obtain a refund or replacement.
